- : I ordered 5 of these upgrades at the beginning of December. For
- : some reason I received a package containing 2 upgrades about
- : 3 weeks ago, I haven't seen anything of the other 3 yet.
-
- I ordered three (3) upgrades on November third, 1995, the same day that USR
- posted their announcement on their Web site. On February ninth, 1996, I
- received a call from USR and was given an SRO (Service Repair Order) number
- and was told that my upgrades should arrive in 2 to 4 weeks. Five weeks later,
- I received *one* upgrade. I called USR and they claimed to have made a
- mistake and would ship me the remaining two upgrades. They have not yet
- arrived.
